Well, after a few slow weeks, things are starting to pick up.
You probably already know that Yahoo! Messenger offers VOIP, and that the quality is pretty good. Maybe you even know that you can use it to call out to folks without Y!Messener (or a computer) for around $.02 a minute (more or less, depending on what country you're calling).
