I'll admit that I'm a pretty die hard fan of MyWeb2.0. Others are huge fans of Del.icio.us. The best thing is that you can be a fan of both and swap back and forth pretty easily.
Both MyWeb and Del.icio.us offer import and export features, meaning that your bookmarks belong to you and you can take them anywhere you like. (I'll add that MyWeb even lets you import directly from del.icio.us.)
I might note that this might become even more interesting once Firefox 2 rolls out, but that'd be tipping my hand.
