Another Good Thing

Last weekend was a Martha Stewart Weekend for me. It involved a great deal of yard work, a bit of painting, bake a few dozen cookies, and a bit of speculative stock manipulation that lead to prison time. Ok, not so much that last bit, but it's the excuse I'll use for not posting anything yesterday.
Instead, I'll continue the real-estate based discussion by noting that Y!Real Estate has updated things once again and added a new Home Values section, with estimates for over 70 Million properties, aggregation of estimates from Zillow, eppraisal.com and reply.com (Which means you get a slightly better view of your home's actual value rather than some insane value that makes you fear your property tax assessment), prices of homes your neighbors are trying to fob off, and other bits of interest for budding land moguls.
Ah, to live the life of the rich and famous, or just stalk them from afar
