Y!Maps, now even free-er.

Right now, I'm sitting in my in-laws writing this up via a cell-phone modem. It's painful, I'm still on vacation, but this is very cool and you have to know about this.

Yahoo! Maps has just dropped most of the commercial usage restrictions. (Granted, getting an "exception" was pretty easy before, mostly to make sure that you didn't get accidentally blocked, but now, it's even easier.)

Yahoo! Local and Maps have lauched their own blog! I've added it to the list of blogs on the right, and will try to get Carlo to add it to Planet Yahoo!
