Messaging without Messenger

So, you've got a few minutes between being here and there and notice an open computer. Perhaps it's a kiosk based computer that happily shows both the things you can do while visiting beautiful Hacklebarney, NJ, one never knows. What one does know is that there's no way you'll be able to download and install Yahoo! Messenger.
So, should you abandon hope of sending off a quick message to see if Steve can remember the name of that shop you said you'd visit next time you were in Hacklebarney? Nope. You can use the web based messenger.
Yep, it's a simple Java based version of Yahoo! Messenger you can use anywhere you can use Java. (Just be sure to allow popups from messenger.yahoo.com.)
If you don't feel like bookmarking that (and really, if you're going to be wandering around Jersey messing with tourist kiosks, you probably don't have a laptop handy), you can get to it from the "Launch Web Messenger" link at the bottom of the http://messenger.yahoo.com page.
