If you haven't already dropped by Y!Local in a week or so (or you just didn't notice), you may not have realized that they replaced the static map graphic with a dynamically scrolling one. It's a pure AJAX version of the new Map Beta (so, even if you don't have Flash installed, you can still get a taste of the new goodness).
The maps folks are always making minor tweaks to that map (for instance, they added compass arrows next to the zoom control to draw attention to the fact that it can move), but are always happy to get feedback.
