In The Mood

As a follow up to Sean's post yesterday (I'll have you know that he shows up to work looking exactly like his avatar. Wait, no, that's how I show up to work. Nevermind.), I figured I'd continue the Moody... uhm... mood.
Long time listeners of Launchcast are probably familiar with "Moods". They're customized variants on the sorts of songs and music you like to listen to. So, say, if you get tired of listening to your normal style of music, you can switch things up a little. I've got a mood called "Shut up and work" that favors more instrumentals and surf-punk like Los Straitjackets, trance, and other stuff that keeps my left brain sedated and happy.
Turns out that those moods are available on everything that can play Launchcast, but they're not always easy to find. Unfortunately, it appears that the latest Y!Messenger 8.0 plugin doesn't feature them, but the Yahoo Music Player does.

Likewise the "Lauchcast" tab in older versions of messenger also featured the "mood" stations.
A couple of notes before you try this:
1. Moods, sadly, are only for folks with a subscription to Launchcast. (Hey, for $5 a month, it's not a bad deal.)
2. Yeah, subscription means Windows only. (Although the music folks are working on that.)
Still, if your ever hankerin' to slide off those cowboy boots and trade 'em in for a mohawk and a pair of Doc Martin's for a day, here's a way to do it.
